I tried calling Nebraska Service Center using the 1-800 number and then entering the POJ options. But it seems USCIS has a new system in place and there's no way to reach the Service Center anymore.
Looks like they ended another means of communication---no more POJ? Please correct me, if someone knows the new options. Thanks!

I was wondering about DOL letter which my employer received yesterday..for Recruitment process for 30 days..I wanted to know is it because of the conversion we did to RIR process some days back or is it just that they caught up with my TR application after 5 years..TR-Oct 2001

On May 1, 2006, hundreds of thousands of immigrants around the country demonstrated against a restrictive immigration bill introduced in Congress. This weekend, similar demonstrations will occur around the US. I'll be attending my 20th law school reunion in Chicago this weekend and am hoping to attend that rally. I'd really rather be at the one in Phoenix and look forward to hearing reports from there.

The extremely contrasty background doesn't help, and the blown highlights on the dog's nose are also distracting. I'm not sure how much it would help, but you might try using fill flash (that still won't solve the background issue). Shooting on a day that's not overcast might help bring the sky into range.

I am working for my current company since 2001 and started GC process in 2003(EB3 10/2003). So far my company paid all expenses towards my GC. I applied for 485 in 8/07.
Recently I got an offer as Manager. This is a much better position.
If I take that offer, will my current employer have the right to cancel I-140(since he incurred all the expenses towards my GC).
My company's current lawyer will definitely send the cancellation of G-28. in addition I am sure he will also intimate that I am not working with my current employer anymore. In addition I am also afraid he might cancel my I-140 with the intimation from my current employer. In this case, is it better for me to approach a new lawyer and send the AC21 letter attaching my new offer before my current lawyer/employer does their process.
Do i need any other letter from my new employer other than the Offer Letter to send the AC21 letter?
I did not tell my new employer that I am now on EAD (becoz he does not understand anything except GC or Citizenship). is it OK if I dont tell beofre I join them?

With all the uncertainity about dates moving backwards (unpredictable) is it better to go for AOS.
Is it true if you go for CP and dates move back..then your application is not approved untill dates become current?

When I got back from overseas travel this time, at San Francisco, the Customs person took both my AP's and stamped one and gave it back to me and kept the other with him.
I remember previously when I had two AP's one was stamped and the other was returned unstamped.
My AP was multiple entry both times.
I need top travel again next month. Any idea if I can travel on my current stamped AP or there is a problem.
