Everyone
I have couple of questions regarding AC21 process.
1. AC21 does not have any tracking number. Then what does USCIS does with the AC21 package? Is it placed under a separate heap of AC21 files?
2. Does IO ever comes to know that you have applied an AC21 unless he issues RFE to check on your current employment?
3. The AC21 is never attached to your 485 application, as there is no tracking on AC21, right?
4. If you applied for an AC21 and Io issues RFE for current employment, do you need to send a copy of AC21 at that time to assert that you indeed informed USCIS?

The big news today was Senator Reid now backtracking and promising climate change legislation before immigration reform. But in a seeming effort to show the Democrats are close to ready to go on immigration reform, Senators Reid, Schumer and Menendez began circulating a detailed outline of a comprehensive immigration reform bill that appears to exclude Senator Graham. My I-485 has been denied based on the fact that I entered the country illegally in 1985.
My last USA entry was in 1998. It was a legal exit and entry. I was given a permit to make a trip to South America. Can the fact that my last entry was legal be enough to reopen the petition? Can I used my last entry as basis for my I-485 adjustment?

The I-131 Form update date shown by NSC is 10/18, whereas many of the folks are still awaiting their AP's...and even Texas says I-131 processing date current....So how come majority of them still waiting for AP ??
